This archive contains data and results from: McGuire, Matusik, Yerazunis, Practical, real-time studio matting using dual imagers, EGSR 2006 http://graphics.cs.williams.edu/papers/DualImagersEGSR06/ These may be used for non-commercial purposes provided acknowledgement is given. All zipfiles contain uncompressed AVI files, lossless PNG files, and PPM files. These can all be opened using Matlab or the AVIFile and GImage classes in G3D. Each directory contains data for a different experimental scene. Directories with numeric names are defocus experiments; those with alphabetic names are polarization experiments. The filename scheme is: polar Polarized dual imagers green Green screen, single imager still Average of 30 frames for a still-life; low-noise I0 Input from imager 0 I1 Input from imager 1 B Image of the background Pin Pinhole WA Wide aperture a Alpha result computed by the algorithm alpha aF Premultiplied foreground result alphaF G Novel background (input) C Composite result; aF over G composite parameters Parameters used to compute the results shown Not all directories contain all kinds of files.
